TEAM coaching

I partner with organisations to create transformational shifts in how leaders and teams show up.  I love to work at the interface between individual and team development. Client coaching programmes are co-created to support each team and organisation's unique challenges.  This is not a quick fix, feel-good, one-day, team-building event.   This is a longer-term partnership.  I journey beside you, with all your messiness and complexity.  It's a journey that supports, tracks, challenges and encourages you to develop into the organisation, leaders and teams you know you can be.

The outcome is an engaged, connected team, bringing their best.  A team that delivers integrated value to your stakeholders and customers that can’t be achieved alone as individuals.

Let's connect to design a team coaching programme that works for your team's needs.  Our programmes support both individual and team development.

DESIGN SESSION

To begin, I will meet with each team member, and also run a diagnostic survey, to establish connection and a

starting point to measure progress against.

DIAGNOSTIC

I work with teams for a minimum of 6 months, to enable sustainable change.  We'll create a schedule of sessions, two to three weeks apart.

SCHEDULE SESSION DATES

Coaching will begin with the team defining its coaching goals.  Each session will have a focus topic that supports the team in making progress towards its goals.
