Coaching is a learning process of trusted, focused conversation that builds self insight and encourages change. It creates the space to gain clarity and momentum, thinking beyond where you would on your own. It's an opportunity to look in the mirror, and explore new perspectives.
Coaching supports you to connect with yourself, clarify your goals, challenge your assumptions, and make sustainable shifts towards your future.
I follow an Integral Coaching methodology. This approach will help you broaden your perspectives on your internal self, your relationships, your actions and the systems you are a part of. This insight uncovers new possibilities. I walk the path with you to get to where you want to be. The process of coaching is both supportive and challenging; drawing on all your head, heart and body capacities to live the life you want.

Let's find dates for your 60 minute sessions. Ideally they'll be spaced two to three weeks apart to allow for reflection, action and movement.
BOOK YOUR SESSIONS
We'll start by setting your goals for the programme. You'll bring a topic to each session to explore, that supports making progress on your programme goals.
SIX COACHING SESSIONS
I ask for a gift of feedback, so that I keep improving Aria's offering. You'll have a chance to reflect on your journey and whether you'd like to start your next coaching programme.
